Global 8 Environmental Technologies, Inc. announces record date for shareholders to receive shares of Golden Bear Environmental Technologies, Inc.

Newport Beach, Calif.—Global 8 Environmental Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: GBLE), a leading provider of environmental technology solutions, today announced that the registered shareholders of record as of December 31, 2008 will receive one share of Golden Bear Environmental Technologies, Inc. for every one share of Global 8.

“Golden Bear is focused on resource development and joint ventures on First Nations’ Land,” said Javan Khazali Chief Executive officer of Global 8 Environmental Technologies, Inc. “Profits from these joint ventures and First Nation’s Government contracts will be utilized to build Environmental Technology Centers, and preserve mother earth’s legacy”.
