Global 8 Environmental Technologies shareholders to receive shares of Golden Bear Environmental Technologies, Inc.

Newport Beach, CA—Global 8 Environmental Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: GBLE), a leading provider of environmental technology solutions, today announced that the registered shareholders will be receiving common shares of Golden Bear Environmental Technologies, Inc.
“The record date for the shares of Golden Bear Environmental Technologies, and the number of shares to be distributed are in the process of being finalized by the Company and its advisors in order to maximize the value to our shareholders,” said Javan Khazali, Chief Executive Officer of Global 8 Environmental Technologies, Inc.

Golden Bear Environmental Technologies, Inc. is a privately-held, multi-disciplinary company that is wholly owned and operated by First Nations of Canada.
