Organic Recycling Technologies Releases Due Diligence Report On Michael Brown Appointment

June 4, 2007 – ORANGEVILLE, Ontario, – Organic Recycling Technologies Inc. (“The Company”) (Pink Sheets: ORCY.PK) – today announced that Mr. Ed Kroeker, President & CEO, has released his due diligence review of the past history of the Company concerning the appointment of Michael D. Brown to the Company’s Board of Directors. This appointment was first announced in a News Releases dated November 9, 2005. In his comments, Mr. Kroeker reported the following:
   
1. He has personally met with Mr. Brown and has had numerous telephone conversations with him; throughout all of these meetings and discussions, he was impressed with the professionalism displayed by Mr. Brown and with his attention to detail in all technical and business matters.
   
2. Since the original announcement in late 2005, Mr. Brown has merged his company, Brown, Vence & Associates, with HDR Engineering Inc. through an acquisition agreement. This has brought to the Company the added benefit of an expanded technical base and enlarged market penetration capabilities. HDR Engineering Inc. is an employee-owned architectural, engineering and consulting firm with approximately 6,000 professionals in 140 locations worldwide. It is ranked No. 19 in the Engineering News Record—Top 500 Design Firms rankings for 2007 and the firm reported revenues of $701 million in 2006. HDR’s business service areas include environmental engineering and science, transportation, water and wastewater treatment, power and energy, real estate development, economics, security, design-build and construction management.
   
3. HDR Engineering Inc. operates as an “arm’s-length” engineering and design consultant in all Company technical matters. In addition to serving on the Company’s Board of Directors, Mr. Brown functions within HDR as the project director and main point of contact for the Company. His role is to facilitate and connect the proper expertise and resources from within HDR with the Company’s various assignments. He manages each project so that it is done on-time, on-budget and in accordance with strict professional quality standards.
   
Mr. Brown, whose focus for the Company, at the present time, is the China market, recently stated the following: “There is nothing more important in our business today than working to reduce greenhouse gases; I am privileged to help Organic Recycling Technologies Inc. with several environmental projects in China that will reduce the garbage going into their dumps, recover recycled and composted materials, and reduce carbon emissions. Our work there will contribute to a cleaner, greener, and hopefully, cooler Earth.”
