Organic Recycling Technologies Inc. Releases Due Diligence Reports

April 23, 2007 – ORANGEVILLE, Ontario, – Organic Recycling Technologies Inc. (“The Company”) (Pink Sheets: ORCY.PK) – today announced that Mr. Ed Kroeker, President & CEO, has had time now to complete a due diligence technical review and business review of the past history of the Company and he has issued instructions to disseminate the results of his review for the benefit of all shareholders. This is the first in a series of due diligence reports and it is concerning the agreement that has been made with Waste Consultants Ltd. and which was first announced in a news release dated April 7, 2005. Mr. Kroeker has summarized his review of that agreement with the following observations:

1. The principals of Waste Consultants Ltd. (WCL) have demonstrated their ability to identify a number of important site specific project opportunities in China which the Company is vigorously pursuing together with HDR Engineering, its arms-length consulting engineering firm;

2. The projects which WCL has brought to the Company include wastewater treatment projects, solid waste management projects and wind energy projects, all of which are being pursued at specific sites in China;

3. The principals of WCL have been both willing and successful in introducing Company representatives to very senior leaders and decision makers for each of these projects; and

4. The current status, at least, indicates that the principals of WCL are demonstrating success in identifying and sourcing the necessary financing in China to bring many of these key projects to fruition.

Mr. Kroeker stated the following in his remarks, “I learned from my engineering experience with international projects over the past 35 years that success was always dependent on having local partners with strong political connections and with access to and connections into local capital markets for project financing. The business relationship with Waste Consultants Ltd includes all the key elements which I have observed to be crucial to market success overseas. I am also very encouraged by a history of positive relationship between Waste Consultants Ltd. and HDR Engineering. I look forward to seeing the results over the next few months.”
