Global 8 Environmental Technologies, Inc. Issues Letter to Shareholders
In a statement that might be considered unique in the world of small cap stocks, Daniel Wolf, Chairman of the Board and Chief Legal Officer has issued a statement about the current state of affairs regarding Global 8 Environmental Technologies, Inc., (GBLE). Perhaps “integrity for a change” is the theme. This statement seeks to expose suspicious behaviour by prior management and produce clarity about possible solutions to our predicament. Dear Global 8 Shareholders,
My name is Daniel Wolf and I am Chairman of the Board and Acting CEO of Global 8.
I’m writing to better inform you about what’s going on with the company and with your investments. As an owner of the company you have the right to know, and you have the right to hear it without it being dressed up in drama about squatting, betrayal, and what wonderful opportunities would ensue “if only that Wolf guy were removed.”
A personal note first. I want to assure you that I am not the “big bad wolf” that some have made me out to be. Most of the stories being spread about by the former management are fabricated - attempts to muddy the waters and create uncertainty, and in general to keep you from knowing what is really going on and acting in your own best interest.
I am acting as a caretaker of the company, attempting to preserve your rights. Currently you still possess the right to decide what to do with the company and even, if you want to, to attempt to recover your investment from the former managing director who according to the evidence drained most of your monies away using illegitimate contracts and inflated consulting fees without creating profitable business that might have justified his extraordinary fees. If he regains control he has said that his goal is to get the shareholders to ratify all of his contracts, which will extinguish your right to go after the money he drained into his own pockets.
A lot is going on, but it is easy to understand once you have the information. In order to provide you that information, several shareholders and myself have set up a website where we are posting all the information needed to make an informed judgment about what is happening, why, and what you want to do about it.
The website, www.global8net.org, has documents on the history of the company, stories of other shareholders, important SEC filings, the legal documents from a lawsuit that Rene Branconnier has initiated to try to regain control of Global 8, and much more. It blows away the smoke screen that has been raised between you and knowing what has happened to the money you invested. Please visit it and bring yourself up to speed. If you go to “The Chairman’s Page” on the site you can read a narrative in blog form that I am writing. If you have facts or opinion you want to share, it allows you to post also. You can also contact me from the site.
As shareholders Global 8 is ultimately your company and ultimately it will be your decision as to what to do with it. My goal is to fully inform you about the company’s lack of past business, its potential prospects, about the actions taken by Branconnier and his confederates that put the company into insolvency, and most importantly, put you back into a position to decide whether you want the company to move forward to serve the purpose for which you invested it, or be restored to the control of the people who enriched themselves at your expense.
Please browse our new informational website for shareholders.
Best regards,
Daniel Wolf
Chairman & Acting CEO
